Tragedy Strikes: Former NFL Running Back Alex Collins Killed in Motorcycle Crash

Alex Collins, former NFL running back for the Seattle Seahawks and Baltimore Ravens, was killed in a motorcycle crash in South Florida. The Broward County Sheriff's Office said the SUV Collins hit was making a left turn when the impact caused him to go through a window of the vehicle. The NFL community is mourning the loss of Collins, who was known for his kindness and passion for the game.

Former Broward County Sheriff’s Deputy to Stand Trial Next Week for Failure to Confront Parkland High School Shooter in 2018

Scot Peterson, a former Broward County Sheriff's Deputy, is set to stand trial next week for his failure to confront the gunman responsible for the Parkland High School shooting in 2018. Peterson was assigned to the school at the time of the shooting and has been charged with seven counts of neglect of a child, three counts of culpable negligence, and one count of perjury. The trial will provide Peterson with the opportunity to explain his actions during the six-minute massacre which resulted in the death of 14 students and 3 staff members.

Three Men Found Guilty of First-Degree Murder and Robbery in 2018 Killing of Rapper XXXTentacion

On Monday, three men were found guilty of first-degree murder and robbery with a firearm in connection with the 2018 death of rapper XXXTentacion. The jury deliberated for more than a week before coming to their decision, and a roadside memorial was set up in Deerfield Beach, Florida in honor of the late artist. XXXTentacion's death was a shock to many in the music industry, and his fans have been mourning his loss ever since.

Arrest Warrant Issued for Rapper Kodak Black After Failing Drug Test and Testing Positive for Fentanyl

Kodak Black, a rapper known for his collaborations with Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, and Drake, has been issued an arrest warrant in Florida after failing to appear for a drug test and testing positive for fentanyl. The warrant was requested by the Broward County Sheriff's Office and Kodak Black is currently being held without bond. His legal troubles have been ongoing since 2019 when he was sentenced to 46 months in prison for falsifying documents to buy firearms.
