Nathan Chasing Horse, an actor in the Oscar-winning film "Dances With Wolves," was arrested by Las Vegas police on Tuesday for allegedly sexually assaulting young Indigenous girls over two decades. SWAT officers were seen outside his two-story home in North Las Vegas, which he shares with his five wives, and police searched the property as part of the investigation. Chasing Horse is known for his role in the 1990 Kevin Costner film and as a so-called medicine man who performed spiritual ceremonies.

Phuong Taylor, a Sioux City woman, has been charged with 52 counts of voter fraud for allegedly filling out and casting absentee ballots in her husband's unsuccessful 2020 Republican primary race for Iowa's 4th Congressional District. Taylor is accused of committing the fraud during both the primary and general elections, specifically targeting people in Sioux City's Vietnamese community who had limited ability to read and understand English. If convicted, Taylor could face up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
