President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Other Democratic Leaders Gather in San Francisco to Honor the Late Senator Dianne Feinstein

Hundreds of people gathered in San Francisco on Thursday to honor the late Senator Dianne Feinstein at a private memorial service held on the steps of City Hall. Security was high as invited attendees passed through a screening before taking their seats, and President Biden, Vice President Harris, Senate Majority Leader Schumer, and former House Speaker Pelosi were in attendance. Feinstein, who was the longest-serving female senator and the longest-serving California senator, was remembered for her remarkable political career and the many accomplishments she achieved during her time in office.

San Francisco Residents Gather to Honor the Late Sen. Dianne Feinstein at City Hall Memorial Service

San Francisco residents gathered Wednesday to pay their respects to the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein, who passed away last week at the age of 87. Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was among those who paid their respects, hugging the casket of the late Sen. Feinstein. The memorial service for Sen. Feinstein is open to the public outside of San Francisco City Hall at 1 p.m. local time, allowing the public to pay their respects and remember her legacy.
