Federal authorities have arrested Felix Herrera Garcia in connection with a drug mill in the Bronx, New York City, where 13 kilos of fentanyl were found. Three other people have also been charged, including the owner of the Divino Niño day care center, where a 1-year-old boy died after being exposed to fentanyl. The DEA is continuing to investigate the case and is urging anyone with information to contact them, as they work to combat the spread of illegal drugs and raise awareness of the dangers of fentanyl in the area.

Renny Antonio Parra Paredes, 38, of the Bronx, has been charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics resulting in death. Police are still searching for the day care owner's husband, who is also charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics resulting in death. The investigation into Dominici's death is ongoing.
