Henry Ruggs III, a former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver, was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison on Wednesday for a fatal 2021 crash. Ruggs was driving his Corvette at 156 mph while intoxicated when he crashed into a Toyota RAV4, killing 23-year-old Tina Tintor.
