Kinder Morgan, a Houston-based pipeline operator, has resumed operations at its California facility after a leak was discovered on Thursday. The source of the leak was isolated and no injuries or fire were reported. The company is working with local, state and federal agencies to investigate the cause of the leak and is also working with customers to ensure fuel supply needs are met.

A jury in Washington, DC has found four members of the far-right militia group Oath Keepers guilty of seditious conspiracy in connection with the January 6, 2021 Capitol attack. This is the second major trial of far-right extremists accused of plotting to forcibly keep President Donald Trump in power, and the four men now face up to 20 years in prison. The Justice Department has charged more than 400 people in connection with the Capitol attack, and the convictions of the Oath Keepers are seen as a major victory in their efforts to hold those responsible accountable.
Democratic Representative Ruben Gallego of Arizona has announced his campaign for the United States Senate, setting up a potential 2024 clash with incumbent Senator Kyrsten Sinema. An outstanding felony warrant has been issued in Oklahoma for a married couple on first-degree murder and child neglect charges in relation to the disappearance of a 4-year-old girl. Ivon Adams, 36, was arrested in Phoenix, Arizona, and Alysia Adams, 31, was arrested in Grady County, Oklahoma.
