An outstanding felony warrant has been issued in Oklahoma for a married couple on first-degree murder and child neglect charges in relation to the disappearance of a 4-year-old girl. Ivon Adams, 36, was arrested in Phoenix, Arizona, and Alysia Adams, 31, was arrested in Grady County, Oklahoma.
