Seven people, including a 2-year-old girl and her mother, were wounded in a shooting outside the James G. Blaine School in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion neighborhood on Thursday evening. Six victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, and police are currently searching for three male suspects and a grey Hyundai Elantra.
