MSG Executive Chairman and CEO James Dolan has defended the company's right to determine who is allowed to enter its venues, while civil rights advocates argue that the ban could discourage attorneys from taking on cases. The Attorney General's office is continuing to investigate the matter to ensure that MSG is in compliance with civil rights laws.
