On Monday, Sept. 25, JetBlue Flight 1256 from Guayaquil, Ecuador to Fort Lauderdale, Florida experienced sudden severe turbulence, resulting in eight people being hospitalized. JetBlue is working with the National Transportation Safety Board to investigate the incident and is offering affected customers and crew members assistance.
