The FBI and other federal law enforcement officials are currently investigating the allegations against Santos.
Erica Herman, former girlfriend of Tiger Woods, has filed two separate complaints in a Florida court in response to the end of their six-year relationship. The first suit alleges a trust owned by Woods violated the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act, while the second seeks to nullify a nondisclosure agreement Herman signed with Woods. The trust has filed a motion for the court to dismiss with prejudice in response to Herman’s complaint. The case has raised questions about the enforceability of NDAs in cases of sexual assault or harassment.
Florida Republicans have introduced three bills to expand upon the state's "Don't Say Gay" law, which restricts classroom instruction on sexual orientation or gender identity in kindergarten through third grade. The bills, H.B. 1223, H.B. 1069, and H.B. 1320, all take aim at different aspects of gender and sexuality education in public schools. The bills have been met with criticism from LGBTQ advocacy groups, while supporters argue that they are necessary to protect the rights of parents. The bills are currently being considered by the Florida Legislature and are expected to be voted on during the 2023 session.
Erica Herman, Tiger Woods' longtime girlfriend, has filed a complaint in Martin County, Florida, seeking a declaratory ruling that a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) she signed while working with Woods is invalid and unenforceable. The complaint is the latest development in the ongoing saga between Herman and Woods, and it remains to be seen how the court will rule.

The proposed abortion ban has been met with both praise and criticism and is currently being debated in the state legislature.
