Two climbers identified as Ivan Kuznetsov and Angelina Nikolau were arrested after scaling the Empire State Building’s antenna, unfurling a banner and apparently getting engaged. The building said no tenants, visitors or observation deck guests were in danger.

Two people were arrested after climbing to the Empire State Building’s spire, unfurling a peace banner and staging what appeared to be a marriage proposal. Police said no injuries were reported and charges were pending.
