Father of Highland Park Shooter Pleads Guilty to Misdemeanor Reckless Conduct in Suburban Chicago Court

Robert Crimo Jr., the father of the accused Highland Park shooter, has pleaded guilty to seven counts of misdemeanor reckless conduct in a Waukegan court. The plea deal includes a 60-day jail sentence, two years probation, surrender of his FOID card, and a $1,000 fine. Judge Mark Levitt accepted the plea agreement, calling it a "fair and just resolution" to the case, and bringing an end to the legal proceedings stemming from the tragedy.
