At least three people were killed in a mass shooting at The Covenant School in Nashville on Monday. Tennessee Governor Bill Lee identified two of the victims as Cindy Peak and Katherine Koonce, both teachers at the school. Maria Colomy, an art instructor at Nossi College of Art & Design, taught the shooter, Audrey Hale, for two semesters in 2017. Governor Lee mourned the victims of the “horrific act of violence” and Colomy expressed her condolences to the victims’ families. The shooting is still under investigation and The Covenant School has released a statement offering their support to the families of the victims.

Rupert Murdoch, 92, has announced his engagement to former San Francisco police Chaplain Ann Lesley Smith, 66. The couple met in September at Murdoch's vineyard in Bel Air, California, and they both told the New York Post that they "share the same beliefs." Murdoch proposed on St. Patrick's Day with an Asscher-cut diamond solitaire, and the couple is looking forward to the future together with the support of their families and friends.
