Las Vegas Police have arrested Duane “Keffe D” Davis in connection with the 1996 drive-by shooting of Tupac Shakur, which has been a source of fascination for the public for 27 years. Davis has long been known to investigators and has admitted to being in the Cadillac where the gunfire erupted. The U.S. Treasury Department has released new rules offering up to $7,500 in tax credits for certain electric vehicle models as part of the Inflation Reduction Act.
