DEA Arrests Suspect in Connection with Bronx Drug Mill and Death of 1-Year-Old Boy

Federal authorities have arrested Felix Herrera Garcia in connection with a drug mill in the Bronx, New York City, where 13 kilos of fentanyl were found. Three other people have also been charged, including the owner of the Divino Niño day care center, where a 1-year-old boy died after being exposed to fentanyl. The DEA is continuing to investigate the case and is urging anyone with information to contact them, as they work to combat the spread of illegal drugs and raise awareness of the dangers of fentanyl in the area.

Husband of Day Care Owner Arrested in Mexico in Connection with Fentanyl-Related Death of 1-Year-Old Baby

A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the fentanyl-related death of a 1-year-old baby at a Bronx day care. The husband of the day care's owner was apprehended in Mexico after being seen on security footage carrying bags out the back alley of the day care on the day of the incident. Three other people have already been charged in connection with the incident, and the investigation is ongoing.

Third Person Arrested in Connection with Death of 1-Year-Old Nicholas Dominici at Bronx Day Care Center

Three people have been arrested in connection with the death of 1-year-old Nicholas Dominici, who died from a drug overdose at a Bronx day care center in September. Renny Antonio Parra Paredes, 38, of the Bronx, has been charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics resulting in death. Police are still searching for the day care owner's husband, who is also charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics resulting in death. The investigation into Dominici's death is ongoing.

NYPD Finds Fentanyl, Narcotics and Drug Paraphernalia in Trap Door at Bronx Day Care Center

The NYPD has discovered a trap door in a Bronx day care center while conducting a search warrant in response to the death of a 1-year-old boy and the illness of three other children. Under the trap door, they found fentanyl, other narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The investigation is ongoing and the day care center has been closed since the incident last week.

Two Suspects in Death of 1-Year-Old Nicholas Dominici at Bronx Day Care Facility Now Facing Federal Charges

Two suspects, Mendez and Brito, have been arrested and are facing federal charges of conspiracy to distribute narcotics resulting in death in connection to the death of 1-year-old Nicholas Dominici at a day care facility in New York City. Police found a kilogram of fentanyl in the day care, enough to kill 500,000 people, and it is unclear how the child was exposed to it. The investigation is ongoing and the suspects are due to appear in court later this week.
