Bradley Rein, 53, has been charged with second-degree murder and 22 counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after crashing his SUV into an Apple store in Hingham, Massachusetts, killing one man and injuring nearly two dozen other people. A 29-year-old Wisconsin man has been arrested in connection with a firebombing attack on an anti-abortion organization's office in the state's capital.
