Federal Prosecutors Take Steps to Protect Classified Materials in Prosecution of President Trump

Federal prosecutors have filed an 11-page motion to protect classified materials in the prosecution of President Donald Trump. The motion outlines the Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA) and proposes a protective order to limit the use of classified information to the courtroom and prevent it from being shared with third parties. The court must now determine if the information is necessary for the defense and rule on the motion.

Ohio Man Indicted on 21 Counts, Including Nine Counts of Aggravated Murder, in Connection to Deaths of His Three Sons

Ohio man Chad Doerman has been indicted on 21 counts, including nine counts of aggravated murder, eight counts of kidnapping, and four counts of felonious assault, for the June 15 deaths of his three sons. He pleaded not guilty at his initial arraignment and prosecutors allege he admitted to planning the shooting and executing them in cold blood. Doerman is facing the death penalty if convicted of the charges.

Ohio Man Charged with Aggravated Murder After Killing Three Young Sons and Wounding Their Mother

Chad Doerman, a 32-year-old Ohio man, has been charged with three counts of aggravated murder after shooting his three young sons and wounding their mother. He has admitted to planning the killings and executing them with a rifle, and is currently being held without bond. The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office has asked for prayers for the family of the victims and the investigation is ongoing.

Rep. Katherine Clark’s Daughter Arrested and Charged with Assault During Protest in Downtown Boston

Riley Clark, the 23-year-old daughter of U.S. Rep. Katherine Clark of Massachusetts, was arrested during a protest in downtown Boston on Saturday night and charged with assault after a police officer was injured. The Boston Police Department said she was observed defacing a monument with spray paint and a group of protesters surrounded officers while screaming profanities. Rep. Clark tweeted about her daughter's arrest, and Riley is expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court.
