A teenage driver was arrested Wednesday in connection with a series of hit-and-run collisions in Huntington Beach, California that resulted in the death of one cyclist. Police believe the driver intentionally targeted the cyclists, and are continuing to investigate the incident. The suspect is currently being held on suspicion of murder.

Leon Reece, a 32-year-old festivalgoer at Burning Man, died on Friday evening in the remote Black Rock Desert in Nevada. The cause and manner of death are still pending investigation, but drug intoxication is suspected according to the Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.
