John Bolton plans to plead guilty to one count of retaining classified national security information and pay a $2.25 million fine, according to CBS News. The former Trump national security adviser is expected to enter the plea June 26 in federal court in Maryland.

Rex Heuermann, the man charged in the deaths of three women found along a Long Island beach roadway in 2010, has had his wife file for divorce. The filing comes shortly after Heuermann was charged with killing three of the infamous "Gilgo Four" and police have been searching his home since Saturday. It is unclear what impact the divorce filing will have on the investigation.
