SpaceX and NASA launched a mission to the International Space Station on Thursday morning, carrying two NASA astronauts, a Russian cosmonaut, and an astronaut from the United Arab Emirates. A severe ice storm has caused disruption to air travel in the South and central United States, with over 1,200 flights cancelled and 1,600 delayed.
