At least four people were killed and nine others wounded in a mass shooting at a Louisville, Kentucky bank on Monday morning. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre addressed the tragedy, calling on Congress to take action to address gun violence, and Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear expressed shock at the deaths of two close friends.
