Tampa police have arrested Joseph Killins, 38, for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a DoorDash driver while she was attempting to make a delivery. He faces charges of armed kidnapping, robbery with a firearm, armed sexual battery, and aggravated battery with a weapon. The victim was able to provide police with a description of the suspect and his vehicle, leading to Killins' arrest.
