Leo Brent Bozell IV, the son of conservative activist Brent Bozell, has been convicted of 10 charges related to his involvement in the storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. Daniel Abed Khalife, a former soldier accused of terrorism charges, escaped from Wandsworth Prison on Wednesday and was captured in Chiswick, west London on Saturday. He is accused of planting fake bombs at a military base and gathering information "that could be useful to an enemy". His escape has sparked criticism from political opponents and an investigation from the government. He is expected to appear in court on Monday.
