Iowa Teen Identified as One of the Earliest Victims of Notorious Serial Killer Randy Kraft

The Orange County Sheriff's Department has identified Iowa teen Michael Ray Schlicht as one of the earliest victims of notorious serial killer Randy Kraft, dubbed the "Scorecard Killer". DNA testing was used to identify Schlicht's remains, and the Sheriff's Department is asking anyone with information about Kraft or any of his victims to contact them. Kraft is currently serving a life sentence in San Quentin State Prison for 16 counts of murder, but authorities believe he may have been responsible for as many as 50 murders.
