Muskogee Police Department is investigating an apparent murder-suicide involving three relatives of NASCAR driver Jimmie Johnson. The deceased were identified as Jack Janway, 69; his wife Terry Janway, 68; and their grandson Dalton Janway, 11. Police believe Terry Janway killed her husband and grandson before taking her own life. They are asking anyone with information to contact them.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have joined an investment group taking a 24% stake in Formula 1 team Alpine Racing, worth approximately $218 million. This transaction values Alpine Racing Ltd. around $900 million and will "accelerate Alpine's growth plans and sporting ambitions in F1". NBA guard Ja Morant has been suspended for 25 games without pay due to a second incident of displaying a firearm on social media. The suspension, which will cost Morant approximately $7.5 million, is intended to send a message that gun violence will not be tolerated. The Miami Heat is conducting an investigation and McGregor's lawyer has denied the allegations. The woman is seeking damages for physical and emotional distress and has requested a response from McGregor by July 9.
