The Orange County Sheriff's Department has identified Iowa teen Michael Ray Schlicht as one of the earliest victims of notorious serial killer Randy Kraft, dubbed the "Scorecard Killer". DNA testing was used to identify Schlicht's remains, and the Sheriff's Department is asking anyone with information about Kraft or any of his victims to contact them.
