Manhattan District Attorney’s Office Seizes Artworks Believed to Have Been Stolen During the Holocaust from Jewish Art Collector and Entertainer

Three artworks by Austrian Expressionist Egon Schiele, previously owned by Fritz Grünbaum, were seized by New York law enforcement authorities as part of a joint investigation. The artworks were taken from the Art Institute of Chicago, the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh and the Allen Memorial Art Museum at Oberlin College in Ohio. Judge McAfee Splits Trial of Donald Trump and 18 Other Defendants Charged with Election Interference into Two Separate Trials

Tennessee Man Sentenced to Over Six Years in Prison for Involvement in Capitol Riot

Joseph Padilla, a disabled Army veteran and former prison corrections officer, was sentenced to 78 months in prison for his involvement in the January 6th Capitol riot. He was convicted of assault with a dangerous weapon, obstruction of Congress and other charges. Teen Arrested in Connection with Fatal Hit-and-Run Collisions in Huntington Beach

A teenage driver was arrested Wednesday in connection with a series of hit-and-run collisions in Huntington Beach, California that resulted in the death of one cyclist. Police believe the driver intentionally targeted the cyclists, and are continuing to investigate the incident. The suspect is currently being held on suspicion of murder.
