On Tuesday, a Japan Airlines flight carrying 367 passengers and 12 crew members collided with a Japan Coast Guard plane while landing at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport. The passengers and crew were able to escape the plane before it was fully engulfed in flames.

17-year-old Swedish tourist, who was aboard the plane, described the incident in a video diary obtained by NBC News. He said that he felt a “warm sensation” on the left side of his face and when he looked to the left, he saw flames all over the windows. The plane started to shake and all the lights turned dark as everyone started screaming in Japanese.

The passengers and crew were able to escape the plane before it was fully engulfed in flames. Japanese Transport Minister Tetsuo Saito confirmed that all passengers and crew were able to evacuate the plane safely.

Television footage showed an orange fireball erupting as the Japan Airlines plane collided with the smaller coast guard plane while landing. The cause of the collision is still under investigation. No injuries were reported.
