Brazilian soccer legend Pelé, who won three World Cups and became the sport's first global icon, has died at the age of 82. He was renowned for his extraordinary dribbling skills and larger-than-life personality, and was honored by Time magazine as one of the "100 Persons of the Century" in 1999.
