A 41-year-old woman tragically died in Utah after pushing another climber to safety when an ice column split and fell. The woman was found dead Monday with the help of search and rescue crews and volunteer ice climbers. The Duchesne County Sheriff's Office urged climbers to take extra precautions and be aware of the conditions of the ice.
