Two former Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, have filed a lawsuit against former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, asking a federal judge to permanently bar him from making false claims about them. The 10-page complaint argues that Giuliani has continued to falsely accuse the mother and daughter pair of committing election fraud even after a federal jury found his statements to be false and defamatory. The suit seeks to put an end to Giuliani’s false accusations and prevent him from continuing to make them in the future.

Former Financial Manager of Jacksonville Jaguars Accused of Stealing $22 Million in Fraudulent Charges

Amit Patel, a former financial manager of the Jacksonville Jaguars, has been accused of stealing more than $22 million from the team. He has been charged with one count of wire fraud and one count of illegal monetary transaction, and if convicted, could face up to 20 years in prison. The Jaguars have terminated his employment and are taking a hard stance against fraud and financial mismanagement.

Elon Musk's social media company X has filed a lawsuit against liberal advocacy group Media Matters for America, claiming that they manufactured a report to drive advertisers away from the platform. Missouri and Texas Attorneys General are examining the issue to ensure the public has not been deceived. The lawsuit seeks damages, attorney's fees, and an injunction to prevent Media Matters from publishing any further false or misleading statements. The case is currently pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Maryanne Trump Barry, the eldest sister of former President Donald Trump, has passed away at the age of 86. She was a retired federal judge who served on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, appointed by then-President Ronald Reagan in 1983. Barry abruptly retired in 2019, ending a civil misconduct inquiry into whether she participated in fraudulent tax schemes with her brother and siblings. She will be remembered as a dedicated public servant and a loving sister.

Lawsuit Filed Against Texas Governor and Attorney General for Suspension of Black High School Student Over Hairstyle

The family of Robert Dotson, who was fatally shot by Farmington Police officers at his home, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the department. Kim Dotson, Robert's wife, has been given few details about the incident and has not been contacted by the department since the shooting. The lawsuit seeks damages for wrongful death, negligence, and other claims in the hopes of bringing the family answers and justice.

Former Trump White House Aide Sued by Hunter Biden for Alleged Data Law Violations

Hunter Biden has filed a lawsuit against Garrett Ziegler, a former Trump White House aide, and 10 other unidentified people for allegedly violating state and federal data laws. The lawsuit claims that Ziegler operated a website dedicated to exposing elements of Hunter Biden's data, and seeks damages and an injunction to prevent further access, as well as destruction of any data obtained.
