Fort Lauderdale Sees Widespread Flooding After Record-Breaking Rainfall

Fort Lauderdale, Florida experienced heavy rainfall on Wednesday, resulting in widespread flooding, the closure of the city's airport, and the activation of the city's emergency operations center. Shaw has expressed regret for the incident and promised to make it right, but the hearing is sure to be tense as the company faces scrutiny for its safety record and donations to members of the committee.
