Maine officials have lifted a shelter-in-place order as they search for Robert Card, the suspect in the Lewiston mass shooting that killed 18 people on Wednesday night. Hundreds of law enforcement officers are scouring the woods and hundreds of acres of family-owned property, sending dive teams with sonar to the bottom of a river and scrutinizing a possible suicide note. Joseph Giacalone, a retired New York Police Department sergeant, said it is highly unusual for a winding manhunt to follow a mass shooting in the U.S.
