Yesterday, the World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) evacuated 31 premature babies from Shifa Hospital in Gaza City in coordination with the WHO and UNOCHA. This comes after Israeli forces raided Gaza's main hospital and heavy fighting erupted around a hospital in northern Gaza. The babies were transferred to Egypt, and the WHO and UNOCHA are working together to ensure the safety of those in need of medical care.
