A suspect in the murder of Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer has been arrested early Monday morning. Kevin Salazar, a 29-year-old Palmdale resident, had barricaded himself into a home in the city of Palmdale, but later surrendered. L.A. County Sheriff Robert Luna said authorities are "extremely confident" they have the right person in custody and that he believes the suspect is the only person involved in the killing. The investigation is ongoing to determine the motive behind the killing.
