This article reports on two separate incidents in Iran: an attack on an industrial complex belonging to the defense ministry in Isfahan, and a fire at an oil refinery near Tabriz. The attack caused some damage to the facility, but no casualties were reported. The Iranian government is currently investigating the incidents and has not released any further information.
