At least 30 people were killed and 60 injured when a train derailed near the Pakistani town of Nawabshah on Sunday. Rescue teams were quickly dispatched to the scene and were able to extract passengers from the damaged and overturned cars. The cause of the derailment is still under investigation, and the Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and Railway Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed have both ordered an inquiry into the incident.
