CIA Director Bill Burns recently traveled to Kyiv to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and discuss the US’ expectations for Russia’s battlefield planning in the spring. The US is debating the merits of sending increasingly sophisticated and long-range weaponry to Ukraine, which will have a major impact on the Ukrainian forces’ ability to launch a successful counteroffensive against Russian forces in the coming months. The meeting is a sign of the US’ continued commitment to Ukraine’s defense.

Remembering Barbara Walters: A Pioneering Female Anchor and Co-Creator of “The View”

Barbara Walters was a pioneering journalist and television personality, who rose to fame in the early 1960s as the “TODAY Girl” and was the first female anchor of a network news program. She was known for her hard-hitting questions and was the co-creator of the hit ABC daytime show “The View” and worked on the ABC news magazine show, “20/20,” for 25 years. She was an inspiration to many women in the media industry and passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones.
