Last week in Philadelphia, five people were killed in a mass shooting, with the first victim being fatally shot 44 hours before the others. Kimbrady Carriker, 40, has been arraigned on five counts of murder, attempted murder, and other weapons charges. Joseph Wamah Jr., 31, was identified as the first victim, and two boys, ages 2 and 13, were injured in the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
