North Korea Launches Long-Range Ballistic Missile, Prompting International Response

Prime Minister Fumio Kishida Unharmed After Explosive Device Thrown in His Direction During Campaigning in Japan

On Saturday, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida of Japan was unharmed after an explosive device was thrown in his direction while he was campaigning in a fishing port. A suspect was arrested on charges of obstruction of business by force and is believed to have thrown a smoke bomb. Prime Minister Kishida was quickly evacuated and is reportedly in good health, and the incident is currently under investigation.
