Lady Gaga has won a lawsuit filed against her by Jennifer McBride, one of the five people involved in the theft of Gaga's dogs. Judge Holly Fujie ruled in favor of Gaga, noting McBride's involvement in the theft and her plea of no contest. McBride had attempted to sue Gaga for the reward money offered for the return of Gaga's two French bulldogs, Koji and Gustav, which were stolen in February and later recovered unharmed.

Monica de Leon Barba, a 29-year-old American woman, has been missing since Nov. 29 when she was last seen walking her dog home from work in Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico. Her family found her dog on the street and the FBI is offering a reward of up to $40,000 for information leading to her recovery. Her brother said she was visiting Tepatitlán when she was kidnapped and her family has described the last four months as "torturous."
