The Englewood Library in Colorado has been closed for the second time in a month due to methamphetamine contamination. Signs were placed on the outside doors of the library to advise visitors, and other spaces such as countertops also tested positive for lower levels of the drug. The city is now considering new protocols to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future and is working with local authorities to determine when the library can reopen.

A family of three adults and five children were found dead inside a home in the rural southwest Utah city of Enoch City Wednesday. Officers responded to a welfare check and discovered the bodies of the eight family members, all of whom had apparent gunshot wounds. The investigation remains active, but city officials said they don't believe there is an ongoing threat to the public.
