The Biden administration has transferred Majid Khan, a Pakistani citizen and US resident, from the Guantanamo Bay detention facility to Belize. Khan had been held for more than three years at secret CIA prisons and had taken responsibility for his actions, pledging to cooperate with the U.S. Government.
